Introduction:
  Tianjin Hatt Magneitc Material Co., Ltd., better known as HattMag, is a privately owned producer of bonded NdFeB magnet located in Tianjin, China. Formed in 1997, we occupy 26800m2 of plant and office space in the Wuqing Development Area and employ 350 people, fifty in technical or managerial roles. Our capacity is nearly 30million magnets per month, of varying shapes and sizes, from thin walled rings, to arcs, to customized shapes, all produced to our customer’s specific requirements.

Products:
  HattMag specializes in the engineering, manufacture, coating, magnetizing, and shipment of NdFeB bonded magnets. With 100% of our precursor NdFeB powder supplied by Magnequench, Hattmag products are legal worldwide, critically important for anyone buying NdFeB magnets.Our bonded magnets are used widely throughout the small motor industry for computer peripheral devices, office automation and consumer electronics. Anywhere high performance in small pachage is required, there’s an opportunity for Hattmag magnets.


Quality:
  We believe strongly in the concept of continuous quality improvement and rigorously apply it to our manufacturing process. A quality plan is written and followed for every part we make, including step by step quality checks as parts move through the plant. Assurance of gage quality and written standard operating procedures are also important features of our program. The ISO9001 Certificate gained in March 2002 is an acknowledgement to our quality management system.

Manufacturing:
  Simple put, we can make parts that our competitors wont’ touch. How? With a unique proprietary process, we gain better control of magnetic properties and dimensional tolerances, by reducing the natural dispersion of the incoming powder.We have a full array of presses from 10 ton to 300 ton, many are from Stokes in the USA.

  We take special pride in having our own facilities for coating and magnetizing.
  We can apply epoxy spray or electro coating to our magnets.
  We can provide magnetization services, including difficult multi-pole configurations.
  This ensures tighter quality control, the lowest prices in the bonded magnet industry and shorter lead-times for our customers.
